My fave essence products

I am sure by now you all know about my obsession with essence cosmetics.

The best thing about the brand is the  quality products for  a very affordable price.

I like most of their products however there are a few that stand out.

Nail polish

I have been a fan of their nail polish for a while now and I have collected a few colours throughout the years.

My favourite has always been : ultimate pink and a close second is #lucky from the gel nail collection.

My daily makeup essentials

I usually use the same products for my makeup routine almost every single day...especially when I go to work.
I like to have a simple nude look most of the time. The only thing I usually change around (play around with ) is my lipstick which  I prefer to be nude or red.

Winter essentials: Body care

As most of us know the weather in south Africa is getting colder and colder by the day, we are in one of my least favourite seasons at the moment. I really not a fan of winter, I just try and survive through it the best way I know how, I am more of a warmer climate kinda girl.

I recently changed up my body care essentials to try and bring in the sunshine in my now dull and cold days.

Most of this products have a great summery feel to them that will brighten my days till spring.

In my Workout bag

 

As I mentioned in my back to gym post which you can read here , I have been trying to get fitter and making healthier choices this year.
I have changed up my diet and have been making exercise and going to the gym a normal activity in my life.

I used to prefer working out in the morning but since it's winter in south Africa its really getting hard to workout that early. So until it gets a bit warmer in a couple of months I will be working out in the evenings (after work).
